We had a great stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. We especially loved the convenient parking and the proximity to transportation options. It was so convenient to be close to Hangzhoudong and Hangzhou East train stations, as well as the subway. The location was perfect for us, as we frequently travel around the ZJ area. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Hotel in the best area of Hangzhou, most beautiful city in the world according to Marco Polo, hotel is a stone's throw from the impressive lake, in the middle of a shopping area with restaurants, shops and department stores. Although the best part of the hotel is the staff, Spanish speaking people who do not speak English will have a great help from the staff, Anita Araujo (originally from Peru and Argentina), great professional helped us a lot in taxi and tourism management, Karuna Bharwani (originally from Tenerife, Spain) another great professional helped us a lot in management and tourism on the days Anita was not there. It is always nice to be able to speak in Spanish, usual in these hotels is only English. We even found a girl from China who also spoke some Spanish in the cafeteria of the hotel.

It was also conveniently located near Hangzhou East train station and the subway, making it easy for me to get around. The hotel offered 24-hour room service, which was a plus for me as I sometimes arrive late and need something to eat. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room amenities were also impressive, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The wi-fi in the rooms was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the cozy and comfortable room with a stunning view. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food and drinks, including fresh fruit and pastries. We appreciated the convenient location near popular attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel room had a stale and musky odor upon arrival, which took away from the romantic atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly or attentive to our needs, which made communication a bit difficult.

Centrally located, friendly atmosphere, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast.
